Cancellation Policy

1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders may be canceled only before DTC Test Kits confirms that the order has been processed and the kit is being prepared for shipment.

2. How soon must I request cancellation?
Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and the kit has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. Are there any limits on cancellations?
Yes. If the order has already been processed or delivered to the shipping station, it cannot be canceled.
