Shipping Policy

1. How are orders shipped?
DTC Test Kits ships orders through UPS, which we have selected as our preferred carrier based on reliability. Before any kit is shipped, it must pass a detailed 14-point inspection to confirm that all components are included, new, and in proper working condition.

2. How are products packaged for safe delivery?
Each kit is carefully prepared to help ensure safe arrival. After completing the initial 14-point inspection, the kit is placed in a molded, dense polymer case, as shown on the DTC website. The case is then wrapped in 1/2-inch bubble wrap using 3 to 4 layers for added protection. After wrapping, the kit is placed inside an 18″ x 12″ x 12″ C-flute cardboard box. The box is labeled “This End Up” and “Handle with Care,” sealed securely with packing tape, labeled with the final shipping address, and personally delivered to the shipping outlet rather than left for pickup.
