Refund and Return Policy

1. How are refunds handled?
If a customer believes a refund is necessary, they must submit the reason for the request by email. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, the kit must be sent back to DTC Test Kits for inspection. Once received, the returned kit will be carefully examined to determine the cause of the issue and to confirm whether the product is defective.

2. Is there a return window?
Yes. DTC Test Kits offers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

3. Who pays for return shipping?
If DTC Test Kits is determined to be at fault for the issue, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the returned kit is found not to be defective, or if DTC Test Kits is not responsible for the return, the customer will be invoiced for the return shipping cost.

4. Are there any limitations on refunds?
Refunds or replacements are available only if the kit is found to be faulty due to an issue caused by DTC Test Kits. If the customer decides they no longer want the kit, or determines after purchase that it does not meet their preferences, a refund will not be issued. To help prevent misunderstandings, DTC Test Kits aims to provide complete product information on the website and is available by email or phone to answer questions before purchase.

5. What happens if a kit is defective?
If inspection confirms that the kit is defective due to a fault on the part of DTC Test Kits, we may repair or replace individual components or replace the entire kit if necessary.
